Jeffrey and myself were neighbors who became friends who became brothers. We rode together. We grew as men together. I have many fond memories of Jeffrey and there really are no words to describe our bond. Being your friend was an honor that few people can match. Rest in peace my friend. Rest in peace, my brother.
