Allen Wallace

Eastpointe native Allen J. Wallace was born in Americus, Georgia on January 24, 1926 to Riley Wallace and Ruby Wiggins. 

He passed away on Saturday, January 22 at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit. Just a few days before his 96th birthday.
Wallace was a faithful Ford Motor Co. employee for 35 years and will be remembered as a good friend, mentor and neighbor.

Allen leaves behind his beloved wife Ethel "Lois" Wallace and his two youngest children, John Harold Wallace and Evelyn Dooley by his first wife Juanita Wallace.

His three deceased children include Vivian Wallace, Eddie Wallace, and Eugene Wallace.

Allen's grandchildren include Andre Wallace and Nikki Wallace, Kim and Sonya Wallace, Jennifer Wallace, Cynthia Wallace, Ebony Dooley, Dana Dooley, Darra (Dooley) Basil, and numerous great-grandchildren.

He will be missed.
