Roy Lee McIntosh

Roy Lee McIntosh was born on October 3, 1945 to the union of Fred and Mattie McIntosh in Minter City, Mississippi.

Roy was employed in the construction industry for over thirty years. He retired in 2005 from Timmer Construction Company as a Laborer Forman.

He departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mattie McIntosh; five brothers, Hazel Lee, Lonnie, Sam, Jimmie Lee, and James; and four sisters, Lillie Bee Williams, Lou Emma Lampkins, Ora Bell Johnson and Lena Mae Hawkins.

Roy leaves to cherish his memories his sister, Rena Mae Cook of Chicago, Illinois; his nephew, Bobbie "Ben" McIntosh; his daughter, Michelle McIntosh; two brothers-in-law, Henry Williams and Edwin Hawkins, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
