Donald Mabrey

   Donald Mabrey devoted husband and father of three boys.  Survived by wife Mila, sons Anderson, Michael and Jonathan, 5 Grandchildren Hunter, Sophia Scarlet, Eliza and Adison. Mother Etta of Ellery Il.., Sister Mary (Richard) Short of Ellery IL., Brother Anderson (Lisa) of Oblong, IL. And Brother Dale (Joanne) of Lanett Al. and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Anderson and sister M. Annette Valentine.

   Don served 21 years in the United States Navy achieving the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class retiring in 1991.

  He graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a BS in Advanced Technical Studies in 1994.

  He was last employed by Aero-tech Automotive inspecting new vehicles for KIA.  He will be interned at Great Lakes Veterans Cemetery in Holly, Michigan and will have a memorial service at the First Methodist church in Ellery Illinois.
